By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Canadian federal and Ontario provincial laws. 1. Use of the Site and Eligibility

- License to Reizt: By submitting your résumé or corporate recruitment requests, you grant Reizt a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, review, and process this information to deliver our staffing, recruitment, and placement services.
- Privacy: All personal data collected through user submissions is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using our Site:
- Using the Site for any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized commercial activities.
- Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Site.
- Uploading or transmitting any viruses, worms, malware, or destructive code.
- Using any automated system (including robots, spiders, or offline readers) to scrape or access the Site.
- Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

You acknowledge and agree that Reizt shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such external content or services.

Reizt disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. 7. Limitation of Liability
